Website is moving to a new host

In the next days and perhaps weeks, vahrokh.com will be moved to a new host.

Massive website upgrade

The blog and all the other vahrokh.com facilities will be gradually moved to a VPS. This should make the website more quicker while preserving the graphic enhancements it had received some months ago. The VPS comes with varnish and memcached, this should really bring in some serious horse power!

I hope the migration will be smooth. As usual, if you spot issues and bugs with this process I’ll gladly listen to your feedback.

the website was a bit confusing and some of the links did not work. and and when i found the link through the old ccp forums there was a stern warning while navigating out. anyway do u know where i can download csv data for eveonline?

  Hello,please excuse me for not replying you quicker, for some reasons I am not getting notified about new comments.Could you please elaborate about the broken links?About the CSV data, on this website there are a number of articles and tutorials explaining how to create those CSVs for yourself. As far as I know this is the single website that provides tools giving you the the ability to generate OHLC market data CSV dumps.

  A security trader does not “think”, but “looks” at what price is doing and reacts accordingly. That is, markets are close to random data and thus unpredictable. The little bits that a trader may “catch up” and use to his advantage get told to him by the market himself, at certain levels.Said that, on a fundamentals point of view, the EURUSD is going to range until the FED or the ECB stop their quantitative easing initiatives. The first that will stop it, will see his currency get stronger and this EURUSD will trend accordingly.

1 (OHLC)

Open, High, Low, Close (and sometimes Volume) data, is a finance industry standards format used to represent price evolution during a certain period of time (daily, weekly, hourly...). OHLC data are consumed by financial analysis applications and by charting software to represent price action.
